Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Akuna Technologies, is part of Orvib Pvt Ltd, At Akuna Technologies, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following refund policy. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • 1.Pricing and Payment terms
    A 50% upfront payment is required before the commencement of any project. followed by 25% upon completion of 75% of the work, and the remaining balance upon project completion.
  • 2. Upfront Payment
    A 50% upfront payment is required before the commencement of any project. This payment secures your place in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your project.
  • 3. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
    Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial 50% upfront payment.
    Work Commencement: If work on the project has not commenced within the 7-day refund request period, a full refund of the upfront payment will be issued upon request.
  • 4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
    After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial 50% upfront payment will not be eligible for a refund. Work in Progress or Completion: Once work on the project has commenced or been completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the time frame.
  • 5. Refund Process
    To request a refund within the eligible period:

    Review: Our team will review your request and confirm whether it meets the eligibility criteria.
    Approval and Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval notification.
  • 6. Amendments
    Akuna Technologies reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and updated on our website. By making an upfront payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
